If your account has been granted a licensed version of Office 365, when you activate this license it is extremely important to follow these steps:

1 - Reboot your computer (not just logoff)
2 - Login after the reboot
3 - Open either Edge or Chrome browser and go to:

office.com

4 - Login on office.com with your full MSA email address. The password is NOT your computer password. It is likely something only used when you first started.
5 - After you login on office.com, test out the apps that are available to you there.
6 - Lastly you can try your account on the desktop versions of Office like Word and Excel.

Note - Word and Excel will not work and it will be many hours of support from IT if you do NOT follow these steps. Launching first into the office products will lock up your account and make it extremely difficult to get your account working.

Also the license activation will likely need you to set up two factor authentication on a cell phone. This is a requirement from Microsoft.

It might not take that long but you will need to be there and working with us on this step by step.
