Airtame is a device similar to a Chromecast or Apple TV but is simpler to use, more secure and more powerful than these home devices.

Here are the steps you need to follow to connect your laptop or other device to Airtame.

Connect your presentation device to MSA-IOT Wi-Fi which is designated for Smart TVs and similar devices. MSA IOT is on our guest network.  Use this Wi-Fi passcode - MNstatE@@

Set the input to Airtame device on the TV, Panel or Projector. If it doesn't have a label, it will be one of the HDMI connections on the projector or panel.

Open a web browser on your presentation device.  Browse to app.airtame.com
Input the sharing code that appears on the Airtame screen into the box in the browser window.
Select your desired mode of presentation.  Pick between single browser tab, full Window or Entire Screen based on what you want to share, click to select the desired mode and then click Share button at bottom of window. Your device screen displays on the projector or panel and you retain full control of it from your device.

When your finished presenting, click the stop sharing button in your browser to disconnect the session.

Disconnect from MSA IOT Wi-Fi.

NOTE:

To connect a MacBook or an iPad use Airplay or Screen Mirroring.  Connect to MSA-IOT Wi-Fi and then select the correct Airtame device from list. Begin mirroring.
