Your Apple account allows you 200 GB of storage in iCloud. Use your assigned credentials to sign into the iPad at the top of the Settings page.
Touch the “caret” behind your iCloud account to setup your iCloud account and to see how your storage is allocated. Adjust your storage as you see fit. Turn on or off those settings you want to use. NOTE: Turning on "Access iCloud Data on the Web" allows you to sign into your iCloud account on a PC.
Your Apple ID allows you to sign into and use school Apple devices. Apple devices you are currently signed into and connected with using your school Apple ID will list on this screen. Touch a device to access that device’s iCloud storage that’s connected to your Apple ID. You can backup your device at any time from this screen.
Always use your school account on school devices so that all your information can be backed up to iCloud.
https://www.icloud.com/ is the location of your account at Apple School Manager. To log into this account, use the Verification Code provided with your sign in materials. Keep your AppleID your password and your verification code in a safe place, so you can access your Apple ID account and iCloud account.
